MH Home Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MH Closer mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Important: Employee-Only Application
MH Closer is an enterprise application designed exclusively for MH Home Solutions LLC employees. While the App is available for download on public app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store), it can only be used by authorized employees. Access requires company-issued credentials, and user accounts are created and managed solely by company administrators. The general public cannot create accounts or use the App.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.

We do NOT collect your location data. The App does not access, track, or store your geographical location.

4.1 Data Storage
- Your data is stored securely on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Authentication credentials are encrypted using industry-standard encryption

- In Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- At Rest: Sensitive data stored on our servers is encrypted using AWS encryption services

- Active Accounts: We retain your data while your account is active
- Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal information within 30 days
- Backups: Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days for disaster recovery purposes
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Account Management Model
Important
MH Closer is designed for MH Home Solutions LLC employees only. While available in public app stores, only employees with company-issued credentials can access the App. User accounts are created and managed by company administrators.
- Account Creation: Accounts are created by company administrators when you join the sales team
- Access Credentials: Your administrator provides you with login credentials
- Account Updates: You can update certain profile information through the App's Settings screen
- Account Deletion: When you leave the company or no longer need access, your account is deleted by company administrators
5.2 Access and Update
You can access and update limited account information through the App's Settings screen, including:
- Profile photo
- Display preferences
- App settings
For changes to your email address, name, or other core account information, please contact your organization's administrator.
5.3 Account Deletion
Your account is managed by MH Home Solutions LLC administrators:
- When you leave the company or no longer require access, your account is deactivated
- Company administrators can permanently delete your account from the administrative dashboard
- Once deleted, your account and all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days
- If you have questions about your account status, contact your supervisor or company IT administrator
5.4 Data Portability
As an employee, you may request a copy of your personal data through:
- Your company IT administrator, or
- The HR department
5.5 Opt-Out of Analytics
You cannot currently opt out of usage analytics while using the App, as this data is necessary for app functionality, improvements, and organizational reporting.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.
